Hydrogen Pre-Cooling Heat Exchangers (H2PC®)
VPE THERMAL® applies the same technology used to fabricate its diffusion bonded microchannel heat exchangers on its hydrogen pre-cooling heat exchangers (H2PC®). Furthermore, these heat exchangers are ideal for high-pressure hydrogen applications where compact size is advantageous.
(Off-the-Shelf) Compact/Miniature Heat Exchangers
VPE THERMAL® offers its diffusion bonded microchannel heat Exchanger technology in a wide selection of smaller sized, commercial off-the-shelf models. In addition, these compact/miniature heat exchangers outperform and compete with the standard products such as shell & tube, brazed plate, as well as welded plate heat exchangers.
High Temperature Retro-Reflectors
Retrolite brand high temperature retro-reflectors or retro-reflective targets are ideal for use as a permanent photoelectric target where ambient temperatures are as high as 900°F. In addition, the target will retro-direct light in the entire visible spectrum as well as in the infrared.
Pinch-Off & Pump-Out Tubes
Now for over four decades, VPE provides high-integrity pinch-off tubes and pump-out tubes for use in mission-critical applications. VPE’s laminated & clad metal sheet is a composite of metals that have been bonded together at the atomic level. Hence, VPE utilizes diffusion bonding and occasionally other methods to manufacture laminated clad & metal sheets. In addition, they come in a wide range of alloys and configurations. Furthermore, laminated & clad metal sheet provides a means of creating a composite material with performance properties not available from a single metal.
