Kyle R. Zada joined Vacuum Process Engineering in 2017 to support the Microchannel Heat Exchanger (MCHE) Group as a Thermal Design Engineer. His expertise in fundamental heat transfer is an asset to the development of custom heat exchanger solutions that meet both thermal-hydraulic and mechanical customer process requirements.
He has experience in diffusion bonding and precision brazing of a variety of heat exchangers types including printed-circuit, hybrid, and fin-fin. Applications include high temperature and/or pressure heat exchangers for aerospace, power generation, and alternative fuel markets.
Kyle also leads R&D efforts for innovative and novel heat exchanger developments including design of experiments, analytical studies, and literature publications. In addition to his design duties, he is also a liaison between VPE and our customers to communicate heat exchanger solution options.
