Our Team![]() Aaron WildbergerAaron Wildberger began working for Vacuum Process Engineering in 1995. He has successfully helped companies transition from research and development to production in brazing and diffusion bonding of assemblies while adhering to industry standards and codes. Aaron carefully considers the materials, atmosphere, thermal environments and key characteristics while developing process requirements to meet service requirements. Manufacturing design requires that attention be given to quality, yield, throughput and cost to provide the best value to the customer. Aaron has been involved with both rapid development of product as well as projects that require trials in order to define the process. He has been an innovator of vacuum insulated wire and ceramic metal feed-throughs and attributes his success to the application of years of experience.
